Returns Policy

 

Our intention is to provide quality products and guarantee their longevity and durability. However, as our products are handmade, very occasionally they may contain small imperfections. We also understand that sometimes people change their minds after making a purchase and may wish to return or exchange an item.

The following is a brief guide on how we handle returns, repairs, exchanges and failures.

This guide applies to items purchased through the Oscar FH Baez website.

OUR NEEDS

We cannot process any return, repair or exchange without: Your name, address and contact details; Proof of purchase or order number; Inspect the item first. If you change your mind and want to change an item, you must do so within 30 days after purchase, it must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging without damage. We cannot accept responsibility for, or exchange or return, any item that has been repaired or altered by a third party. Nor can we exchange or accept returns of custom items. Please note that we use your personal data (your name, address and contact information) to process and manage your return, repair or exchange. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

When you buy an item on the Oscar FH Baez website you have the right to change your mind within 30 days after delivery. You can cancel your order before delivery and request a refund or exchange. If you wish to cancel or change your mind, visit the RETURNS page to return an item or EXCHANGES to request an exchange that provides your contact information, order number and other requested details. If you wish to return an item, you must return it to us within 30 days, following the instructions we provide. Once we have received your return and we are satisfied that it is in perfect condition, we will refund your original payment card within 20 days. When we cannot accept your return, we will contact you to discuss the alternatives. If you are outside the BR, you may have to pay additional costs, fees and taxes to process a return or exchange.

DISCOUNT SALES AND ITEMS

Items purchased at a discount cannot be returned or exchanged. Your legal rights will not be affected.  

 

WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

When an item has a manufacturing failure, we can offer a repair or replacement depending on the circumstances. For items purchased on the Oscar FH Baez website, contact hello@oscarfhbaez.com with your contact details, proof of purchase and images of the items so we can help you further. We are pleased to offer a warranty on items for life from the date of purchase (see details on returns). If your item is covered by our warranty, we will evaluate whether the repair or replacement is the most appropriate. This policy covers manufacturing faults and imperfections, but does not cover damage due to wear or accidental damage. Modifications or repairs not made by us will void this warranty, since we cannot be responsible for any attempt at repair, alteration or customization. Your legal and legal rights will not be affected.
